In the future, we intend to produce many more videos, explaining how we design projects, various inspections of homes and buildings, energy efficiency videos, how to improve your house and many other topics. Some people say that a picture says a thousand words. Well, if that is so, then a movie says a book’s worth. There is nothing like a person talking about something and pointing to what they are discussing, explaining how something works.

.

If any of our website guests and clients and potential clients have any requests for future videos, please let us know. Send us an e-mail at the e-mail address you see in the first menu item and in several other locations on this page. We may produce a custom video, explaining a residential architectural issue that you were wondering about. We can’t guarantee we will produce such a video, but we’ll at least think about it and do what we can.

.

We will likely be adding future videos touring some of our projects. We already have one that we haven’t added yet, at a marvelous mountain home in Tennessee, that has our Grand Canyon Doors: 12′ tall x 22′ wide. There’s another home in western North Carolina with similar doors and we recently took several photos of those. At any rate, on the video we will soon be adding, our own Rand Soellner, AIA, is seen demonstrating opening and closing these gigantic doors with the tip of a finger (they are easy to move by anyone). He is illustrating how having such a large opening can invite the Outside In and the Inside Out. The line between the two is almost seamless. We even run the floor boards in the same direction and specify that the stain on both sides of the doors are to match.

.

We are thinking of producing videos of each type of space in our projects, so that you can seen what attractive, spacious and functional kitchens look like in our houses, how well our Master Bathrooms work and how great they look! And we want to show how our Outdoor Living Rooms allow you to have convenient and sheltered meals outside, grilling and enjoying the views. And the views are likely the reason many of you bought your property in the first place. We carefully knit your outstanding views into the architecture, framing your best views with large glass areas, that we protect from the sun with generous overhangs.

.

We will be continuing building our collection of videos on our You Tube Channel. And this website itself will continue to grow, by at least one new online article (or “post”) every week. We also have a once-a-month online E-Magazine. Check out the Grey Bar to the left for a free Subscription invitation and other locations on this page as well. You can also request that we custom write an article for our e-magazine. You never know: that subject that you so desperately wanted addressed may end up being the topic of our next article!
