We will respond when we come back. If you are online at that moment, perhaps we can have a conversation about what you might like for your upcoming house design. That is the main purpose for this tool: for you to ask us questions about how we can help you by becoming your architect for your house design project.
We have had quite a few young people using this tool during the last year. Know that we will not engage in communication with people under the age of 18 years old, unless supervised by a responsible adult who is their parent or official guardian. We rely on your assurances, when you contact us, to comply with this requirement. By contacting us, you are informing us that you are 18 years old or older. If we believe that you are not at least of legal age, we may discontinue the communication.
If you are under 18, the first item of business is for you to provide us with the phone number, physical address and e-mail addresses of your parents or legal guardian. We will contact them and ask them if they have approved your communication with us. We are responsible professionals and respect the right of parents and guardians to control the extent of their children’s communications with those outside of their family.
At some early point during our IM, assuming that you are an adult person seeking architectural services for the design of your house, please IM us your full name, mailing address, cell phone and e-mail address, so that we know how to contact you for further communications. Sometimes, due to technical interference or weather, or other events beyond our control, we may lose the link to you. If you provide us with your contact information, we will be able to resume the conversation.
If you happen to be a homeowner looking for advice in what brand of windows to purchase for your existing house, or if you already have an architect for your project, or other on-going maintenance issue with your house, and you have no intentions of engaging us to assist you in a professional capacity, please realize that we are a business and that this IM channel is reserved for prospective clients to discuss their dream houses with us.
