In addition to being Brevard Architects, we are working in the following areas or wish to provide home architects services in: Brevard NC, Cashiers NC, Highlands, Asheville, Etowah, Mills River, Denver, Colorado, Franklin, Sylva, Telluride, Charlotte NC, Lake Lanier, Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, Vail CO, Atlanta GA, Lake Junaluska, Lake Travis, Lake Norman and many other locations around the country and the planet. We are also Brevard architects, as we live and work in this general area and design projects in the Brevard community.
We have completed many substantial mountain home projects in the last several years and are working on others and feel blessed to have been recognized as a premier residential architectural firm the USA and the World. We have also noticed that we are now indicated on Google organic searches as one of the world’ s leading Home Architects and the leading mountain home architect. To those of you who have found our work so interesting as to make this possble, thank you. We are presently designing luxury residences of various sizes in Brevard NC, West Virginia, Northern Illinois, in the countryside west of Chicago, in Washington State very near Seabeck Bay, in Tennessee, Virginia, Highlands NC and Cashiers NC. A few of our projects are now under construction.

Our project locations and inquiries continue to expand. We are licensed in several states across the USA. While functioning as Brevard Architects, Rand Soellner is also certified by NCARB, which facilitates reciprocity throughout the United States. While it is typically not a legal requirement to be licensed to design a home in most states, we do consider this on a case by case basis, obtaining licensure where we deem it advisable. Most recently, Rand Soellner obtained an additional architectural license in the State of Washington, which is a seismic state.
