We are working in our USA office  nearly every day of the year, from about 9:00AM to about 9:30 PM (sometimes around the clock–no kidding). The only exceptions to this are major holidays, but you are still welcome to give us a call if you have a new project to discuss, even on weekends and after what the rest of the world calls “normal work hours”.  We really love what we do, so please do not hesitate to call us to share your architectural and mountain home dreams with us. We are here to help make your vision a reality.

If you asked GM (General Motors) where their main office was, they would answer: Detroit, Michigan, USA.  Would you then infer from that, that their vehicles would only be available there?  Or because MicroSoft is in the Seattle area, that their goods and services could only be obtained there?  Of course not.  Well, the same is true with us.  OUR RESIDENTIAL DESIGN SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, NORTH AMERICA, AND THE WORLD.  We accomplish much of this remotely, using state of the art remote-viewing software, digital photography, computerized topographic surveys of your land, electronic bidding for general contractors, and other techniques that allow us to perform outstanding services as good as or better than if we happened to be located in your home town.  Do yourself and us a favor and don’t assume that just because we happen to have our base of operations in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC, USA (Cashiers – Sapphire – Lake Toxaway – Glenville – Highlands), that this is the only place for which we design.  We design projects all over the USA and the World.  Rand actually lived in Kuwait City for a couple of months, designing a large project on the Arabian Gulf.  So please realize that if your land happens to be in Canada, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Argentina, France, Idaho, Missouri, Alaska, Arizona, Germany, the Alps, Mexico, Georgia, South Carolina, Washington State, Washington D.C., Virginia, New York, Montana, the Rockies, or anywhere else, that we would be happy to design your project.

We are Available to Design for Your Project Site Wherever It is Located

We welcome working on your project, wherever that may be. This includes but is not limited to Vail Colorado, Reno Nevada, Detroit, Ann Arbor Michigan, Hells Canyon Idaho (Soellner has toured this area extensively), Columbia River Gorge (Rand also has toured this area and has a project nearby), Chicago Illinois (Rand has a project designed just west of here), and South Bend Indiana (where Rand was born and raised).

We are also available to design projects for these places: Leesburg Florida, Palm Beach Florida (Rand prepared and managed renovation projects there), Mobile Alabama (Rand worked on projects there and analyzed the large State Dock facility there and also worked with the Mobile District Corps of Engineers on multiple projects), The Cliffs, Charlotte North Carolina (Soellner designed and managed projects here), and Winston Salem.

Our interest remains high for projects here: Telluride, Aspen, New York, Boulder City, Franklin (we have designed projects for this location), Sylva (this is just down the road from us), Atlanta (also near us and our family), Macon, Asheville (we have projects in this area), Brevard (we designed several projects for this area), Seneca (just to the south of us), and  Kansas City.

And we appreciate global opportunities in places such as: Canada, Montreal, Australia, Sydney, Moscow, Paris France (we have toured this area extensively), Perth, Kuwait City (Rand Soellner lived there while designing a project on the Arabian Gulf), London, or wherever your project is located on the planet.
