The subject of home architecture and the professionals who creating (home architects) is a fascinating subject for those of you considering having a special dream house designed for you on your acreage in the country. Yes. We know quite a few things about what you are after. How is this possible? We don’t even know you personally yet.  Let’s take a closer look:

1. You are nearing retirement or some other situation of accomplishment that places you in control financially to permit taking on a custom home architecture project.
2. You have purchased, inherited or otherwise acquired, or are about to acquire some acreage, probably in a country location and this may have some very nice views of nature.

7.  You may have an affiliated group that you may wish to have visit your dream estate, like a special church group, special interest club, or other dear group of people whose company you prize.
8.  You may want a walk-out basement.
9.  You may want a garage that permits you to work on some special vehicle there.  Now is the time.  Custom home architecture allows you to do anything you want.  If you have dreamed about it, let’s do it.
10. You may want additional cottages gathered around your property, arranged for privacy, yet a sense of rural community and you may choose to allow certain families to occupy those cottages as you wish, from time to time.
11.  You may want game courts, bonfire pits, courtyards, ping pong, pool tables, home gyms and other facilties in your dream home.
12.  You may want a home elevator.
13.  We know that you want a spacious kitchen that allows many family members to sit at a huge central island while you cook and they chat with you.
14.  We know that you want a large dining area with a great view of your vistas.
15.  We know that you want a spacious walk-in pantry.
16.  We know that you want a garage that will accommodate your vehicles and allow your car doors to open and not hit the adjacent vehicle.  We know that you want some storage space along the walls.  We also know that you want a shop.
17.  We know that you want an Outdoor Living Room and Outdoor Dining with a Summer Kitchen, all overlooking your magnificent views.
