|We thank all of you who have blessed our practice with your wonderful projects. Much of our work is either under construction or nearly there, so our design capacity is available. We look forward to working with you on your special project or projects, whether nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Brevard NC, the Rockies, Canada, Europe or elsewhere. Please do send us an e-mail or give us a call.
Current projects for us are in our roles as: custom house designers, luxury residential design, Brevard architects and timber frame architect.
In addition to being Brevard Architects, we also act as post and beam designers, offer green analysis services, log house architecture, and mountain residential design. And we provide healthy house analysis and, energy star specification in many places throughout the country.
We really appreciate your business, please keep it coming. Thanks for everything. Our practice continues to expand, not only in the SE USA, but westerly, including inquiries and work in the following areas: Rocky Mountains, Las Vegas, Tucson, Sedona, Denver, Canada, Central America and beyond.
Our project locations and inquiries continue to expand. We are licensed in several states across the USA. While functioning as Brevard Architects, Rand Soellner is also certified by NCARB, which facilitates reciprocity throughout the United States. While it is typically not a legal requirement to be licensed to design a house in most states, we do consider this on a case by case basis, obtaining licensure where we deem it advisable. Most recently, Rand Soellner obtained an additional architectural license in the State of Washington, which is a seismic state.
