This final total number informs you how energy efficient and environmental a house you are likely to have, based on your choices. This is an educational experience. You are offered pop-up information boxes that give you choices, information and relative ranges of costs, versus energy efficiency and in some instances, implications of carbon footprint relative to your choices. Everyone wants the best residence they can afford. There is a balance between what you spend, how environmental it will be, how healthy a place it will be and what it looks like. Your residential architect can help you weigh these choices against each other, assisting you in your decision-making for your next house. You will find great comfort in this advocacy. It is a challenging task: making thousands of decisions that affect your enjoyment of your future house. Make the best choices that you can. Your architect can help you, by providing you with information, weighing the pros and cons of each choice, and then allowing you to make the choices as to what you want for your special residence.

There are blanks with multiple click-on choices that helps you fill in the blocks of information about what you want. It allows you to input your location, views desired, some initial information about your desired lifestyle, appearance and finish preferences, so that you can dream about what you want and let us know, with an easy “click” method.
First Consultation Free:
is what is says. You may come and visit us for an initial consultation and we will listen to what you have to share with us, and provide you with our initial observations. We will examine your site information and fly around your site in 3D in virtual reality, on our worldwide software on our huge flatscreen monitor with you, right in our home office. We will study the various views you have available on your site and see where your entry drive and other features might want to be located. Perhaps we will have a bite to eat while we chat, and in general, we will listen to you explain what you want in your residential design project, share several designs of ours that might appeal to you and discuss how something special can be created for you.
