Two Bedroom designs tend to be more compact, although, there are some of these that can be as spacious and sized to suit whatever you want. Some people want to downsize in terms of fewer bedrooms, but still want the main spaces to be as roomy as they were accustomed to in an estate house. Other people simply want a smaller house, period. There are several examples above and there are actually more. We have concepts for some 2BR designs starting around 946 HSF (Heated Square Feet) and up. We can enlarge or shrink to suit your particular needs.
Most of our designs feature Open Space Planning, that combine public areas of your house, like the Living, Dining and Kitchen in one large space. The Kitchen often has a large central island that acts as a partial separation between the Living and Dining spaces, yet affords views between all of the main areas of the house. We can indulge your preferences for whatever appliances you desire in the Kitchen. Just because it is a 2 BR house does not mean that you can’t have a great kitchen. Wolf, SubZero or whatever your heart desires. And Outdoor Living spaces are typically an integral part of every Soellner design, complete with outdoor fireplace(s) and Summer Kitchen, all at your option.
